Terms and Conditions for Children's Holiday Camp – Camp at the Lodge

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling your child in our children's holiday camp. By enrolling your child, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions:

• Age Requirement: Our children's holiday camp is suitable for children aged between 3 and 11 years old. Please ensure that your child falls within this age range before enrolling them in our camp.

• Safety Guidelines: Safety is our utmost priority. We will provide a safe and secure environment for the children during the camp. Our staff will always supervise the children, ensuring their safety during activities to include (though not limited to) inflatables, games, sports, performing arts and outdoor spaces.

• Medical Information: It is essential for parents or guardians to provide accurate and up-to-date medical information about their child during the registration process. This information includes any allergies, pre-existing medical conditions, or specific requirements that may affect their participation in certain activities.

• Parental Consent: By enrolling your child, you hereby provide your consent for them to take part in all camp activities, including those involving inflatables and outdoor spaces. We assume that you have considered and are comfortable with the potential risks associated with such activities.

• Code of Conduct: We expect all children to follow our code of conduct, which includes treating other campers and staff with respect, listening to and obeying instructions, and always demonstrating good sportsmanship. Failure to comply with the code of conduct may result in action, up to and including dismissal from the camp without a refund.

• Personal Belongings: Please ensure that your child's personal belongings, including clothing, toys, and any other items brought to the camp, are clearly labelled with their name. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.

• Liability Waiver: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of the children, accidents can still occur. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and understand that we are not liable for any injuries, damages, illnesses, or losses that may occur during the camp. We are covered by public liability insurance.

• Photo and Video Consent: During the camp, we may capture photographs or videos of the children participating in various activities. By enrolling your child, you grant us permission to use these visuals for promotional purposes on our website, platforms, or other promotional materials. If you do not want your child's image to be used, please notify us in writing before the start of the camp. Your child’s picture will not be posted on social media platforms without prior consent.

• Payment and Refund Policy: Payment for the camp must be made in full at the time of enrolment. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be provided according to the following schedule:

  1. Cancellation more than 21 days before the camp start date: Full refund minus any administrative fees.

  2. Cancellation within 14 days of the camp start date: 50% refund.

  3. No refunds will be given for cancellation within 7 days of the camp start date or for non-attendance.

• Changes and Termination: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the camp at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to sudden change in venue availability, severe weather conditions or insufficient registrations. In such cases, a refund will be provided, excluding any administrative booking fees.

By enrolling your child in our children's holiday camp, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Failure to comply may result in your child's exclusion from the camp without a refund. Please ensure that you have carefully read and understood these terms before enrolling your child.
